Getting started

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

We work primarily with small and medium businesses across Australia — retailers, professional services, trades, and online stores. If you have a website, an inbox, and customers, we can probably help.

Where are you based?

We’re based in Newport, Victoria, and work with clients across Australia. Most of our work is done remotely, but we’re happy to meet in person if you’re local.

How do I get started?

Send us a message via the contact page. We’ll book a free 30-minute call to understand your business and what you’re trying to achieve, then send you a clear proposal.

Websites

Website development

Do you build on WordPress, WooCommerce, or Shopify?

All three. We’ll recommend the right platform based on your goals, content, and how much you’d like to manage yourself afterwards. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer.

Can you take over an existing website?

Absolutely. We regularly migrate websites, domains, hosting, and business email accounts — usually with little or no downtime.

How long does a typical site take to build?

A simple business site is usually 2–4 weeks. A WooCommerce store is typically 4–8 weeks. We’ll give you a firm timeline after the discovery call.

Will I be able to edit the site myself?

Yes. Every site we build comes with a short walkthrough so you can update content, add posts, and manage basic changes without needing us.

Marketing

Digital marketing

What is AEO and how is it different from SEO?

AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) focuses on getting your business directly featured in AI assistants and answer-style search results, while SEO focuses on traditional search rankings. Most modern strategies use both together.

How long until I see results from SEO?

For a new site, 3–6 months is realistic for most local search terms. For competitive industries it can be 6–12 months. We’ll set honest expectations upfront and show monthly progress.

Do you manage Google Ads as well?

Yes. We run paid campaigns on Google, Bing and Meta. Paid is often a good complement to SEO — ads bring in leads while SEO builds.

Hosting & infrastructure

Infrastructure support

Can you fix my email going to spam?

Usually yes. It’s almost always a matter of correctly configuring SPF, DKIM and DMARC records on your domain. We do this for clients regularly.

Do you host my website yourselves?

No — you’ll host with a reputable provider in your own name so you stay in control. We’ll recommend the right one for your needs and manage it on your behalf.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes. We offer monthly retainers for marketing, infrastructure, and content updates — so you don’t have to think about any of it day-to-day.

Still have a question?

We’re happy to answer it before you commit to anything.
